The two continue holding hands, looking out at the stars that surround them in the darkness. AKIVA: "So, let's find this shortcut. As a former Guardian, you might be able to sense it." DARCY: "I don't know. Former Guardian or not, I'm human and the Astral is starting to take a toll on my senses. But... let me try." She furrows her brows, closing her eyes. Slowly, her body begins to sparkle with a violet light. She grimaces, fully concentrated, and the light grows brighter, enveloping her more. Her hair begins to lift as if there is no gravity.
