Remy gets all of his home decor from estate sales.
Comic transcript
A row of old brick apartments. Some windows are illuminated in the fading light, casting a glow onto the street. The leaves on the trees are still green. It's not yet autumn. Akiva and Remy enter the apartment. Akiva takes in the corny portrait of Remy and Dakota with their cat on the wall, the old granny thrift store decor, the large colorful painting above the couch. There's doilies on the couch and an old pink wingback chair. A litterbox sits next to the radiator, and a white bookshelf is next to the archway leading to the kitchen. One closed door is on the wall next to the couch. Coats are hung by the door on a hand-painted coat hanger that reads "Love You~" in cursive. AKIVA: "WOW. You are such a grandpa."
